Sacara (noun)

Derived from the Latin sacra - that which is sacred, set apart, devoted to a higher purpose. An echo of sakura, the Japanese word for cherry blossom - a symbol of blooming fully and beautifully, knowing nothing lasts forever. A gathering place for outliers - visionary leaders ready to weave the sacred into their work, catalysing a future where business and life truly thrive together.

Guiding Principles

1) Business is an expression of consciousness.

2) Leadership is inner work – we can only build what we have become.

3) Success is holistic – harmony within self, business and Earth.

4) Mother Earth is our teacher, reminding us of what we truly are.

5) A Sacred Business serves life and thrives in return.

6) Community is everything – change happens together.

The Founder

Sacara is founded by Nikki Trott - author of Sacred Business, entrepreneur, international speaker, brand strategist, founder adviser, board member and podcaster. She created the SACRED BUSINESS SUMMIT because the event she dreamed of - blending grounded consciousness with business excellence in service of life - didn’t exist. From there the Sacara community was born.
